Check location permission in iOS Settings, confirm that Hidden Here has network access, then reopen the map. You can always pan to another area manually.
Confirm that nearby alerts are on inside Hidden Here and that notifications are allowed in iOS Settings. Background alerts also require Background Discovery location access.
Check your connection and device volume, then close and reopen the story. If the problem continues, send us the story title, app version, and build number. You can find both at the bottom of the Settings screen.
Check that you are using the email connected to your account. If confirmation or sign-in still fails, contact us from that email address when possible.

Hidden Here stories are researched and hand-curated, but a date, location, pronunciation, photo credit, or historical detail can still need correction. Email us with the story title, the issue you found, and a reliable source if you have one.

To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account information, email us from the address connected to your Hidden Here account. Tell us what you would like us to do. We may ask for additional information to verify the request.
